We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom & Ireland. We are working on expanding our shipping to additional countries in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £40 within the UK. This offer applies automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@pawkindco.co.uk.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:
- Damaged items: Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours at support@pawkindco.co.uk
- Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at support@pawkindco.co.uk
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom & Ireland. We are planning to expand our shipping to the European Union and other international destinations in the future. Please check back or contact us for updates.
Customs & Duties
As we currently only ship within the UK, there are no customs duties or import taxes applicable to your order.
For orders shipped to Ireland, please be aware that as an EU member state, Ireland may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees as a result of the UK's departure from the European Union (Brexit). These charges are determined by Irish/EU customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. PawKind Co is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.
